Requirements:
- native or bilingual proficiency in German or English

- public speaking skills

- cultural awareness and adaptability when interacting with guests from different cultures
- cruise destination knowledge

Responsibilities:
- assist the Cruise Director on board and assume their role when needed
- make announcements via the public announcement system
- hold live presentations and informative briefings for up to 180 guests
- offer light entertainment options and announce live acts on board
- host live cooking demonstrations
- contribute to a unique guest experience
- protecting the workplace culture by recognising and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members
